Bay Tower Rooms
Our standard guestrooms are located in the Bay Tower. The Bay Tower is the north building closest to the village of Kailua-Kona and houses the massage and spa center. The Resort’s Bay Tower was refurbished in 2001 and offers travelers a choice of comfortable, value-priced guestrooms. Each guestroom offers 390 square feet and each corner king room offers 450 square feet of living space

Alii and Lagoon Tower Rooms
The well-appointed Alii and Lagoon Tower guestrooms were remodeled in 2006 and feature re-designed bathrooms, updated room amenities, and plush bedding. Each guestroom offers 390 square feet and each corner king room offers 450 square feet of living space.
